Violazioni CDS - Prontuario delle violazioni alla circolazione stradale è un'applicazione che fa uso della connessione internet per accedere in modo semplice e rapido, sempre aggiornato, al contenuto del Prontuario Egaf del dott. Giandomenico Protospataro.
Per accedere al Prontuario occorre essere abbonati. L'abbonamento è ad anno solare, dalla data di attivazione al 31 dicembre successivo.
VIOLAZIONI CDS OFF-LINE (emergenza)
Per migliorare ulteriormente il servizio e consentire la redazione del verbale anche in assenza di connessione è stata implementata la funzione Violazioni CDS off-line.
Si tratta tuttavia di una funzione da utilizzare solo in caso di emergenza in quanto contiene ridotte informazioni che peraltro necessitano anch'esse di aggiornamento per cui ne viene limitato l'uso continuativo a pochi giorni.
VANTAGGI
Aggiornamento: una volta scaricata l'applicazione ed effettuato il login si potrà consultare il Prontuario Egaf aggiornato in tempo reale.
Aggiornamento via email: la segnalazione delle novità avviene anche mediante email dalla quale si può poi accedere direttamente al documento contenente la novità.
Navigazione ipertestuale: è possibile navigare da un'ipotesi sanzionatoria ad un'altra o alle note con un clic.
Navigazione alle norme: è possibile consultare direttamente gli articoli del CDS o altre disposizioni collegate tramite la banca dati ITER.
RICERCHE
Ricerca Codice della strada: è sufficiente immettere il numero dell'articolo del CDS per trovare le relative ipotesi sanzionatorie.
Ricerca Altre norme: per cercare le sanzioni riferite ad "altre norme" sulla circolazione stradale, diverse dal CDS (es. legge 298/74, DLG 286/2005, DLG 152/2006, ecc.).
Ricerca Alfabetica: un elenco di parole chiave in ordine alfabetico cui segue una o più frasi che ne completano la descrizione.
Ricerca Sommario: un indice sistematico dell'app per "sfogliare" tutto il contenuto. È anche una consultazione gerarchica dell'articolato del CDS.

Il prontuario, frutto dello scrupoloso studio della normativa e della diretta esperienza dell'autore, contiene tutte le fattispecie di violazioni al CDS e alle altre norme sulla circolazione stradale.
Ogni ipotesi di violazione:
- è posta in evidenza grafica con articolo, comma, descrizione della fattispecie, sanzioni pecuniaria e accessoria;
- contiene la motivazione, con la formulazione dell'infrazione, redatta in modo da poter essere trascritta direttamente sui verbali di contestazione;
- è completa di note operative, con dettagliate indicazioni procedurali e pratiche, riferite a situazioni concrete, per un preciso e immediato orientamento nella fase operativa.
Diretto principalmente a chi svolge sulla strada l'attività di accertamento e prevenzione delle infrazioni, è utile anche a studi di consulenza, autoscuole, associazioni del settore, ecc.
