1. 申請加入會員後一直未收到密碼簡訊。
Ans：申請會員後3~5分鐘內會收到簡訊通知，如未收到醫院之密碼簡訊，有可能您的電話門號有設定「拒收商務訊息」所影響，需解除後該設定後才會恢復正常。
2. 查無此會員資料?
Ans:醫院為保護民眾個資安全，僅開放醫院之患者可以使用會員服務，當您在彰基總院加入會員時，登入時就必需要彰基總院之畫面上進行登入，如到其它院區登入即會出現查無會員資料訊息。
※. 如無法正常使用「彰基行動服務」APP所提供的功能時，請多利用APP內「反應APP問題」功能，將您所遇到的問題直接反應給開發人員，以利開發人員協助排除問題。
