Fußball Technik Training (FTT) bietet jedem Trainer Trainingsformen für alle Alters- und Leistungsklassen, egal ob der Trainer nur Ideen für sein Training oder gesamte Trainingseinheiten sucht. Alle beschriebenen Trainingsformen sind von Klaus Pabst (Diplom-Sportlehrer, DFB-A-Lizenz-Trainer), der seit über 20 Jahren täglich Kinder und Jugendliche jeden Alters und auf jedem Leistungsniveau trainiert, entwickelt und in der Praxis getestet worden. Mit einem Touch stellt die App zu einem gewünschten technischen Trainingsschwerpunkt komplette Trainingseinheiten (Sessions) mit Aufwärmen, Hauptteil und Abschlussspiel zusammen.
Alle Trainingsformen garantieren unzählige Ballkontakte, denn: Ein Fußballspieler ist wie ein Mosaik. Jeder einzelne Ballkontakt des Spielers ist ein Steinchen im Mosaik. Je mehr Ballkontakte der Spieler hat, desto feiner und hochwertiger ist das Fußball-Mosaik und desto besser ist der Spieler.
Jede Trainingsform ist mit einer anschaulichen videoanimierten Grafik leicht verständlich dargestellt, dazu mit einer textlichen Beschreibung ergänzt und somit für den Trainer sofort umsetzbar. Für die Fußball-Techniken Dribbling, Passspiel und Ballkontrolle finden sich Übungs- und Spielformen zur Ballschule, zum Torschuss und zu Minispielen. Theoretische Informationen findet der Trainer im "Wissen", damit er das Training sinnvoll gestalten und die Spieler effektiv korrigieren kann.
So ergeben sich für jeden Spieler viele weitere Mosaik-Steinchen:
